Day 1: Gather in Lhasa

Arrive in holy Lhasa City and enjoy a comfortable transfer to the 5-star Lhasa St. Regis Resort in the Barkhor area.

Relax in your spacious room featuring indoor oxygen supply and beautiful panoramic views overlooking the Potala Palace.

Rest peacefully under the warm winter sun to let your body acclimate to the high altitude.

Day 2: Lhasa City

Spend the last day of 2026 visiting Jokhang Temple to worship the 12-year-old life-sized Shakyamuni statue, and Drepung Monastery, the largest Gelug sect sanctuary.

In the evening, welcome 2027 with a wonderful New Year's Eve Dinner specially arranged by Tommy in this holy city.

Day 3: Lhasa City

Welcome the first day of 2027 by climbing the grand steps of Potala Palace to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic city view from the Hongshan platform.

Later, visit the mid-mountain Sera Monastery to watch a lively session of Monk Debating, sunbathe by red walls, and drink Hot Sweet Tea.

Day 4: Lhasa City — Qungmo Kanggar

Drive 2.5 hours to Qungmo Kanggar, a magnificent 7,048-meter snow mountain peak.

Hike 30 minutes to the Wucai Lake Viewing Platform (5,200m) to witness the shocking winter spectacle of a frozen, deep blue ice lake reflecting the majestic glacier peaks under a clear winter sky.

Day 5: Lhasa City — Yamdrok Tso — Airport

Drive to Yamdrok Tso, one of the three holy lakes, to admire its pure, flawless blue water.

Build a traditional Mani Stone Pile by the lakeshore to gently whisper your New Year wishes before transferring to the airport or station.
